Small pipe or big pipe. I'd like to see them running big pipe like most of the tracks already do. Just a thought. What's everyone's opinion? Thanks Matt

I personally say small pipe. I really liked the racing in that class last year. Plus everyone at the meeting voted to leave it small.

It should be small pipe if that's what was voted on.
Just curious, what other tracks are running the big pipe. Reason I ask is because there are so many variances in the clone classes. Are you talking local tracks or tracks that you travel to. I didn't see it listed as to what pipe Mardela was going with. I hope they both agree to use the same pipe.

Fairlane arces, capital city, margrettsville, the list goes on. Small pipe classes are on a drum clutch and maxxis el tires. Take a look on 4cycle under track forums. Might bring in more karters to the area if we were all on the same page. Thanks for your input!!!

I was under the impression the big pipe was ran in the pro clone class. I could be wrong. Just an assumption.i do know that mardela will be running the same clones rules as delmar, with tech.

Personally i think the big pipe should be allowed. When i brought it up at the first meeting i was told it would encourage people to go inside there motors. My response was tech top 2 at random. That would discourage people.

I agree with you also. I would also like to add that any maxxis money series in the south and capital city are offering both classes. Anytime there is a open clutch,Maxxis ht3 tire rule it also includes it being a big pipe rule.

Clone will stay small pipe for this year, but everyone should be prepared to change over to the big pipe next year. There is no difference in motor just a simple pipe swap. Also, the stock cast iron flywheels are no longer legal for 2013 per AKRA rules.

I say do away with the hobby stock clone class and make it a big pipe akra clone class.
