HJ BUNTING GETS IN A PHYSICAL ALTERCATION ON THE TRACK THAT IS CAUGHT ON TAPE. AND CHARLIE CATHELL DOES NOTHING ABOUT IT. GUESS THE RULES ONLY APPLY TO SOME PEOPLE!!!!

i agree! why is it if a crew member gets fighting they are thrown out for 2 weeks or more? why in this case if no one complains to the office or charlie, then hj gets away with it. i guess it depends on who you are. it never took complaints to get the others thrown out. he knew he was leading the points when he pulled into the track, he should have just settled with 2nd place.

Maybe we should give Charlie the benefit of the doubt and see if HJ is racing Saturday night. I do agree that 'according to the track rules' he should not be racing. I guess the 'Quiet Riot' is not so Quiet anymore, but definately the Riot applies.

You can contact them by email also. Their website shows their email address as dragway@delawareracing.com. You can also read the rules on their website under Documents. It clearly states that anyone causing a disturbance or fighting on the track will get a 2 week suspension. The rules are for everyone, not just ones of Charlies choosing. Hopefully he will abide by them. We will just have to wait and see. If he doesn't choose to stay within the rules then the next person should not be penalized. Things could get out of hand if that is the case and I hate to see that happen. We had some great racing there last week and this year. We have some great cars and great drivers and I think they all should be treated equally and fairly.

IS WHEEL TO WHEEL ON TONIGHT? IF SO, SINCE THEY ARE NOT ANSWERING AT THE TRACK EVERYONE SHOULD CALL IN TONIGHT, MAYBE CHARLIE WILL BE LISTENING.

wa wa wa wa i guess there is no sense everybody knows everything how many of you were standing there next to the brawl just cause hj walked to the car doesn't always mean he threw the first punch from where i was sitting it looked to me that the other guy swung first i guess jammin thought hj was not going to punch back surprise

I diddn't think any punchs were thrown, H.J. was pointing in mills car and he grabbed his arm so he was really pulling his arm back,not punching. it looked like a rough pass, I mean he did knock him out of the bottom groove,THEN, coral him in to the wall. sweet slide for five move , but not too classy for a mod

it was only a matter of time before something like this was going to happen anyway it has been brewing for a few and i mean a few years you can only push a man to a certain point before he has had enough this wasn't the 1st 2nd 3rd heck i lost count that he has been slammed by him jamie as always didn't think hj would respond i guess he was wrong

you people obviously havent seen the tape. he does punch jamie mills in the very beginning of the altercation, but i guess thats ok there have been alot of people suspended from dis for alot less

it does not matter if it is hot or cold you are not suppose to go and push someone around. people get thrown out for going to other people's pits and yelling at each other. or if people are fighting in the pits they get thrown out. this happened right on the track in front of an offical.

Hopefully Charlie will focus more on the cheaters ! The H.J./mills thing will probably handle itself. You have to give CHARLIE credit for tough tech.He knows the crate classes are the future,and the tech,and enforcement are key to its growth ! I'm sure in the end everyone will get what they deserve.
