Late model star and USMTS Modified competitor Terry Phillips of Springfield, MO joined Dirt Cast to talk about his 2011 season, felling he needs better results, his change in late model chassis, why he made the change, wanting to be better at the crown jewel events, his change in his late model team, his trip to the Wild West Shootout, running with the USMTS, the new national championship, running as many of the events as he can, his success running a modified, his win at the Duel in the Desert, heading to the Texas Winter Nationals at Royal Purple Raceway and his expectations for the season. Phillips drives the #75 Andy's Frozen Custard Team Zero Bloomquist in late model action and the #75 Andy's Frozen Custard GRT by Phillips in modified action.
