Congratulations Kenny Brightbil, Keith & Denise Coulbourne and the entire #55 crew on winning the 2010 Big Block Championship. I knew Kenny could still get the job done.

You mean congrats to DIS owners explain how top 3 in points are in the same heat when all year long odd points where in first heat even in second heat also how the 55 started in front of the 62 by two spots in the feature and the 85 was two spots in front of the 55 let alone saying the 85 jump in the heat they need to look at the tape this is twice they made a bad call

Couldn't tell you there bud. I know for most of the season Kenny started behind everybody. Matt passed Kenny in the feature. Kenny passed him back. Kenny's car was handling better on the slick track. Matt and Kenny raced each other clean all year. Once again, congratulations to Kenny Brightbill, one of the best modified drivers of all time.

Kenny will be back in the 55 to defend his title next year. Keith Coulbourne confirmed that last night. I'm so glad Kenny has a quality ride again.

There was no stiffer competition than at the Reading Fairgrounds. The who's who of modified racing in that era raced there weekly. I wasn't born yet, but the stories from my dad and others, I wish I had the chance to go. All of those guys built there own cars, ran clean. Now you can buy a car and it seems like no one respects anyones stuff out there. Just about everybody has good equipment now. Then the drivers like Kenny really show their skill.

Yeah Reading Fairgrounds was modifieds at its best. 70+ cars every time I was there. Best race I saw there was KB running the top groove and Toby Tobias running the bottom swapping the lead every lap. KB smoothest driver I've seen.

You cannot mention The Reading Fairgrounds without mentioning Kenny Brightbill. That is where he earned his nickname Mr. Excitement. It was exciting to see him get it going in that high groove, rim riding and slingin clay. He could also get it done down low when he had to, gluing his car to the bottom with the only way inside him would have only been through the infield. Kenny regularly defeated such notables as Gerald Chamberlain, thingy Tobias, Kenny Weld, Gary Balough, Dave Kelly and many others whose names probably escape me at this moment. Kenny is also a class individual and, a class act in the race car. Congratulations to Kenny Brightbill on winning the 2010 Big Block Modified Championship at Delaware International Speedway !!!!
