The U S 13 Kart Club would like to extend their blessings to the Darling Family. Prayers & Sorrow goes out to the family.
Ken Darling, 67 Years old lost his life after a battle with malignant Melanoma cancer where he diagnosed three years ago, he sadly passed away on Sunday, Nov. 22, 2009. Mr. Darling was still active in the racing community to the end and will be greatly missed.
Mr. Darling ran the Milford Kart Club from 1988 to 1992 when it was Piney Neck. Mr. Darling had been a race fan all of his life. The family continued to run Darling Race Team for over 25 years. He continued to help one of his son's Kevin Darling who runs in the famous URC Sprints. Along with his other son Jay, and grandson, Jace has continued to help them continue. In 1998 he was the sponsor of TUSA National Modified Lite when Judd Mills won his title.
The funeral arrangements will be listed later as it will be available tomorrow, in the Delaware State News, News Journal, and Dover Post papers.
