Sometimes it seems at the end of the year and championships on the line things go wrong. But for Zac Weller everything was on time and picks up the amazing Hat Trick in style. Weller entered the rookie main event three points out of first. Starting in forth place Weller had to quickly make his way past Chase Biron the points leader to win the championship . That was not going to satisfy Weller you could tell in his driving he wanted the WIN ! Weller made a hard charge to the front took the lead the win and the rookie championship in style. But ! Weller wasn't finished setting the quick time again in the heat allowed him to enter in the JR class again. Weller started in the back again got past Chase who also set fast time then Adam Webber with engine trouble Zac found himself in second spot quickly. Lap after lap Weller was trying to catch Derek Magee but the car was struggling off turn four and Zac maintained the second spot. A last lap restart set up a shoot out and just when we thought Derek was gonna win Weller got a lot of bite on the high side in the middle of one and two and a great run on Magee they had a drag race down the back stretch Weller had a half a car length on Magee down in three Magee slowed not to push up into Weller and that was enough for Weller to take the third win of the night . ROOKIE WIN, ROOKIE CHAMPIONSHIP, JR WIN. Zac These are nights never to forget.

Zac it has been great watching you come alive on the track the last several weeks . It looks like your driving skills have certainly past your age . I hope you can patiently wait for your age to catch up !! So you can move up and on to other tracks and or modifieds or late models what ever you want. I'm sure at this point by the time you get to age 14 you could own Middleford in wins and championships. Keep up the great driving looking forward to watching you next year. Also in the future when you get to move up and on . Great job on your 4 rookie wins and Middleford Rookie Championship also your back to back Jr wins ! It makes me so happy that young kids are able to race especially in these tough economical times. Thank's to all racing parents who are trying their best keeping racing alive you all also deserve a pat on the back.
