Hey these guys are good enough to run in the pro class for the remainder of the year. Maybe they should mix the class and the first Jr to cross the finish line would be the winner. Save time and make the Pro & Jr class more exciting . Ive seen this done many times when car count is low even Bridgeport Speedway mixed modified and sportsman's together for about 3 years . in the mid 80's.

I suggested exactly that to the new race director but was told if we moved up we could not move back. We would have to forfeit all points that we have earned weekly as well as TUSA and at this point we are leading in both. I hate going there every week racing with just two cars , but until they make a decision on the points, we are staying where we are.

I know as a driver I couldn't live with myself knowing that in an event of an accident that a CHILD could be hurt. Age has many advantages and disadvantages, but we all have to take in consideration that these kids are just kids and shouldn't be racing with adults. Good things come to those who wait. There are Rookies that are ready...

I talked to the race director to . He doesn't make sense you can easily run 2 classes together . They don't understand the concept of running 2 classes together with separate points ! This must be very hard for them to figure out with 3 pro's running and 2 Jr's running . Points at this point is ridiculous are they even keeping track ? For the guest Concerned-- As far as age goes I'm not to sure I agree with your assessment . I come from a long racing family and they didn't have anything like this. At 13 you were running modified at Delmar. I believe it's the talent in the driver and the 2 remaining drivers left in the Jr's Derek Magee & Adam Webber can handle running in the Pro's still racing for A separate championship . Then next year when the next rookie class moves up they have their car count back. Let's face it the suggest age for a TUSA driver is like 35 or 40 something like that . Jimmy Wills was 13 and winning it's the talent . I didn't write that to here he has a cheater motor or what ever you still have to handle it. Hey at 35 seems your washed up in NASCAR now !
