As some of you are aware my family was involved in a very serious accident Friday night after leaving the track. My son, Ryan Dryden, #3 in the Junior 1 class, my nephew Tyler Lamb, #3 in the Pee Wee class, my mother in law Terri Dryden, my sister in law Michelle Lamb and my two year old neice Abby Lamb were all in a Yukon traveling south on 13 heading home to get a good nights rest preparing to leave this morning on a weeks vacation in Virginia. A drunk pedestrian stepped out in front of them from the ditch in the median and my mother in law swerved to miss crashing in the ditch and rolling several times. My son, Ryan, Tyler, Terri and Abby were all released early Saturday morning. My sister in law Michelle was transferred to Maryland Shock Trama and treated for a broken neck and a severe gash in her head. She came home tonight. God was with all of them in that vehicle. Pictures from the scene can be viewed on FITHP.com. You will see what I mean!! I want to say a SPECIAL THANK YOU to Scott Mancha, David Trice, Kyle, Shawn, David Brobst, Mr. & Mrs. Hayes and the rest of the guys from H.P. Speed who helped pack up our trailer so we could go and be with our family. You all jumped right in and we could not have left the track without your help. May God Bless You All!! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts.

I saw the traffic and heard it was an SUV, but did not know until now it was your family or anyone from the track. I ran to Wal-Mart and went around town then came back to the track to get the results and no one said anything about it being your family.
Please know your all are in my prayers and thoughts and have my blessing that everyone was okay in a sense? How is your sister's injury? If you need anything from any of us just let me know.

So glad to hear everyone is okay. We were worried, but weren't sure who was in the accident and never heard anything. You're in our thoughts.

I would like to extend our thoughts and prayers with you and your family. After looking at those pictures of the accident I am amazed that there weren't more injury's. I hope everyone is doing ok! The racing community is a very tight nit community and if there is anything we can do just let us know. The Larimore Family

We would like to thank ALL of you for your kind words, thoughts and prayers. It truly was a miracle that everyone made it out of that alive. I thank GOD every minute. Everyone is doing well. My sister in law was hurt the worst, she came home from Maryland Shock Trama Saturday night. She is in a neck brace that must be worn at all times. If she removes this brace or does too much, her doctor said she could become paralyzed. Please pray for God to give her patience(she wants to go back to work already), strength and a speedy recovery. We truly feel grateful to see that so many of you are thinking of us. Once again, thank you and we will see you all at the next race.
