Kudos and thanks to Chad and Joe of the 370 class for bringing the antics of hand signals to Delmar. Great blocking for one another keep up the good work! Mr. Race Director how much more evident could it have been and to be done right out off turn four and right in front of you? But then again you can black flag a child every race since the beginning, but you can't throw it for the ones making you look like a complete idiot. And just think all that just to weigh in LITE!

Actually I wasn't lite in 370 and far from it but that's the way they marked me. I've been black flagged 6 times this year, so don't feel so bad. What's wrong with giving someone signs?!?! So I waved him by, big deal! He was faster, and there was no reason to hold him up. Who might this be anyhow?

Finally! Someone to point certain things out such as sign language!! Yes i will agree chad was faster than you were JAM, but the blocking for someone else isn't fair. you say you have been blacked flaged 6 times this year? WHY because of your driving or your mental state on the track, the sad part about it most of the time you are fast but to secure someone high up in the points because of blocking makes you degrade yourself as a driver and as racer, therefore other drivers will lose respect for you. As far as you mike wilson there is NO one jealous of JAM ( No disrespect) or chad or all the hayes. But lets try this sometime, Let not use tire preps and let's put all the tires the same and let's see where we are! Oh and one more thing let's make sure that it's a HP speed motor on it and just advertised as one! Have a nice day!!

First of all, Chad had the points locked up, so I didn't need to block for him. And as far as the engines anyone is welcome to see us work in the shop. To say that we don't build the engines that come out of that shop is also very disrespectful. It's a catch 22 that's never gonna change. If the karter runs well they say we didn't build it. If he or she doesn't run well then we did build it but we're not making any horsepower. The engine is always the 1st thing blamed, and almost always not where the problems lie.

I Own 3 HP Speed Motors and getting 2 more done and I have watched all of them being built. Chad has built my motors and always will. I owe Chad, Joe, Mike,Charles,Mark, Chad R,and Tyler alot for all of their help and support. Not to mention Charlie and Phyllis for knowing how to treat their customers. I will not bad mouth any other motor builders I am friends with a few of them and when their motors win hey they deserve a good job. But to come on here and say Chad and Joe don't build their own motors one you don't know what you are talking about or you just like to blow smoke up your own ass. Thanks HP Speed for all you do for us and look forward for years to come. Just so you all know who this is my name is Chip Larson and if anyone wants to talk about this feel free to stop by.

I always see crew members using hands to show distance between karts. All I saw JAM do was let chad know with his hand that he had gotten a run and it was his line (CLEAN RACING). But usually that kind of racing is early in the race and gets ugly at the end between the front runners. I did not see anything like what caddyshack/kartingracing claimed but I was not always watching JAM. Although JAM you did earn those black flags by yourself when I was flagging. P.S. Nobody, and I mean Nobody talks bad about my family!!! unless of coarse I'm doing it. Pwee

But lets try this sometime, Let not use tire preps and let's put all the tires the same and let's see where we are! Just some useless info: at the state race i was helping 2 different drivers in the jr. 2 class.... one was on a moon power, MPR outlaw chassis, thick maxxis that were cut prepped and run in the very first state race and put on the shelf until saturday (they were rolled on the inside back in march also)..... the other kid was on an eclipse chassis, johnny wright power, the Maxxis low rubber tires that don't have to be cut brand new rolled a few weeks ago only on the outside with a different prep..... both their tires were punching within 3 pts on the duro (i'll keep the number to myself ;D) and they were on the same clutch driver running gears (64/66).... they each qualified on the pole in one class and second in the other (times differed by about .05 seconds each time)... as you can see it's more than the "magic"prep... it's a total package. if i put either one of their tires on someone in the back they would still be in the back..... just thought you might find it interesting... jamie

I don't have any problem with no prep and no cuts. God knows this prep is terrible for our health. But at this point it hasn't caught on, and it still is very hard to police. I'm sure the WKA Dirt series is a lot more enjoyable with all the prepping out of the picture. The fact is though, the national dirt series is not even a shell of it's former self. There are maybe a handful of names there at the most. All the bigdogs are running the money series at this point and who can blame them. I know of one driver who has doubled (won two classes in one day) at a wka dirt national event, and has a hell of a time qualifying top 20 at VDKA events. Let's say guys like Knopf, Miller, Adams, Bajer, etc. did show up at a WKA national event, no prep. I would garauntee you they would still be the ones to beat.
