Just a reminder to all those that finish in the top 10 in State Points will get an invitation to the Maxxis Nationals to be held on October 19-21 at the Thunder Valley Motorplex in South Carolina. This will be a really neat event. You will compete against the best of the best from 14 Series. For those that are in the Top 10 in points in the State I will be completeing the form at the end of the series and sending to Maxxis. Please be sure your names are spelled correctly. Also I will need addresses of all those so Maxxis can mail you your invite. Please PM or email mbullis26@msn.com. Parking is already available to those of you that wish to reserve early by calling Patti @ 864-222-0250. Also go to www.maxxis.com and click on karting then sponsored events.

it is my understanding that the parking will try to be done by track, series, state, etc. meaning a group that travels from an area will be parked in a group. it would be nice to have an idea of how many local racers that qualify will be or are thinking of travelling to this event.not looking for commitments just looking for an idea on how many are thinking of going,an informal roll call if you will. it should be an interesting event. kd04

Just so everyone knows... Thunder Valley where the race will be held is VERY similar to Delmar's track. It's smaller than most tracks down south and the turn's radius is about the same..... i know some get discouraged when they think about going down south because of the track's size but this is not the case with this track. The parking is FLAT so there really isn't a bad parking spot. Gear wise it's similar to capital city when it's good... 19 or so in purple, 17-18 in blue and so on.... just thought i'd let you guys know....
