I believe the Intercom system at the track comes through on 90.1FM so I strongly suggest everybody bring radios to the track so you can hear the announcements better. If your working on karts use a pocket radio with an ear piece and see if that helps?

We know the problem.... can't we just fix it. I don't think anyone is going to go around with something in their ear attached to their waist. Are they even still sold?

I don't know who "we" are but I know I haven't had the time or the interest to fix them, so if you or any other board/club member have the time and can fix them feel free to do so. I would use a radio until then or keep an eye on the classes to see what class is on the track.

These speakers are not for me just the spectators that come to enjoy the racing. We need to consider this is the same speaker system that our officials and EMT's use to request driver support. Speaking for myself, I do use a radio when in the trailer. However when standing under the speakers at the fence you can not hear out of them. This was brought up last year and this year and the answer is still the same. This is not a repair that Pee-Wee needs to perform possibly another club member or outside vendor can correct. During clean up day they were checked and it was stated that they worked. Thanks for all you do Pee-Wee.... it is appreciated.... I do know when it is our turn to go on the track.
