Just a reminder to all racer's, In order to receive points you must be a club member also you will save $5.00 at registration. Club members entry fee is $25.00 and Non-members $30.00. To join our club it's $20.00 Master Member/ 10.00 Associate Member. Club members will be given a membership card that they must show at registration. Paula Emory has done a great job making them for the members. ATTENTION OUTLAW CLASS since you would rather just race without points then there is no wieght rule just like last year but driver must be 15yrs. old, mandatory billet flywheel, muffler, 5hp stock appearing carb. (no Tillson carb's, flathead only). Everybody is welcome to race at Delmar but only member's receive the points.

Briggs 370, Jr1 Rookie Heavy, Jr1 heavy, Animal Lite, Jr2 Heavy, Jr3 Heavy, Animal Heavy, Outlaw, Briggs 330, Super Heavy, Limited, Animal Medium, Peewee Rookie, Peewee Advanced. This is the order in which they will run. If we need to run the track in Briggs 370 will be asked not to participate so they can be ready to go as soon as the track is ready!! All driver's running in more than one class it is your responsibility to be ready on the grid with tires on kart.

Is there any way that Limited and Super Heavy can be switched to allow more time between Heavy and Super Heavy.

P.Wee You think maybe you could run the rules posted above for the first week for outlaws then get the drivers to vote on it friday or the next friday night(next friday so that the drivers will have time to hear about the vote and make it)? I'm just not sure who the "you" is that you talked with that represents the entire outlaw class, i would assume someone that has a 110 son OR daughter. I realize people said that is too much weight to put on their kart. The #17 i help in blue plate has about 60lbs and the #99 in purple has about 50lbs. It might take 10 minutes at most to take all that weight off. I talked with two outlaw drivers lastnight that had no idea you changed the rules back to no weight limit. Just a suggestion. After spending lastnight working on my dad's outlaw kart getting it ready it's dissapointing knowing that he's going to a gunfight with a supersoaker thanks for any considerations peewee. -jamie lewis

(JLM) All I can tell you is that last year they ran with no weight/points even though it was only the last few races of the year. If the class is to run for points than there will be a weight rule (375 was based on the open class that was in WKA) if they don't want to run for points but still want to have a weight rule that can be worked out. I have been told that they will not be racing at delmar because of that rule and thats why I stated that if they do not run for points we can do away with the weight rule and keep it just like last year. I would like to get this resolved once and for all! It was nice having them show up and race last year with no complaints. I think it was any where from 10-16 karts that raced there. I'm pretty sure we have never had that many open/limited since I've been at Delmar. If they don't want to race at Delmar that's fine to.
