(This message is for all those who are upset like racermama)When we arrived at the track around 6:30am Saturday the track only had a few puddles in the turns on the bottom grove. We were going to try to race because that's what we are there for. I was told on a Friday night early in the year that the track was too wet and that we didn't have enough sunlight left to help dry it but as the acting Race Director with the help of other's we gave it a try and we raced and everything turned out o.k. We were set to do it again on Saturday but the lite drizzle got the best of us. The official's were on stand by but the driver had to be there to register anyway because registration was open from 7 to 9 some that called about being late registered when they got there and some of them still did not have electric. If it did not drizzle and stayed cloudy you would have raced even if you had gotten some mud on your kart. Don't forget some racer's have a 4 or 5 hour drive but they still came. I personally don't care who wins or loses and I don't like people THANKS Peewee

That is a real professional comment "I don't like people" coming from the "race director" - someone like you has no business being a race director if you are going to make comments like that on a public forum. You also failed to address racermama's questions, which I have to agree with - about spectator refunds, etc. I have been in Virginia before when they will start at 3 or 4 if they have to - because they want to race and they want the racers to race!

Just look at this way you are helping to support the club and if you still have your gate ticket just give it to Bonnie at the gate & if you don't have it it's $5.00 a person (13 & under are free)!!

Peewee let me thank you and the others that steeped up when no one else would. People seem to forget that if you guys didn't step up we would not be racing rain or shine. They always say you cant always make everybody happy no matter what you do. So thanks again you all have been doing a good job. Danny

well how about you step up and do the job that you had the chance to do when everybody else wouldn't. Another thing how bad would a certain group have stacked the field in a couple class so there people would win. its done and over let it go

I agree about the drivers..... they both are like gifts from the gokart gods... I think they would make anyone look good...... With the #09 in one form or another we have won 14 state championships(since '03), Daytona Dirt World Championship('04),and National Championship('05).... before i met them, they had 1 state championship (jr. spts champ). Imagine how good they would do if someone good actually helped him..... And i mean that seriously.....
