That isn't a poll to go by.David has most wins Kenny 2nd the rest isn't even close.BEcause records didn't start till about 1979. So go back most wins, well everybody has a opinion how they figure all results that's mine. Yet all have done a good job.

This is just my idea, if u like polls, y not title it Favorite Late Model Driver and not Best. I think u will find that David Hill is on record as the Best at DIS. Of course my favorite late model driver is Rick Whaley (LOL).

Here is an idea why don't we all go to DIS Saturday night and watch The Rocket make it three in a row and have some momentum going into Thursday night. ;D

It could be Lingo's, Hill's, or Whaley's week (they are due for one), or one of the young guns Robinson or Scott, Rickys going to have his hands full for 3 in a row.

Good Lord willing & the creek don't rise, I'll be there with bells on. Also u need to look at Eliott's web and check out his schedule, which shows only 2 more races at Dis for a long while. And check out his results this year at other tracks, not many wins there. As I said before its not always who's the best, but who is your favorite.

Oh my God Please do not say The Rocket is a great driver if you do you would be sayin something that you all do not want 2 admit.Make no difference if he win or lose tonight HE IS THE MAN.

Hey Mom, Took your advice and looked at "The Rocket's" results for this year so far. Looks to me like he has done alot of traveling with the WoO, Lucas, UMP and MACS series...some of those races had over 100 cars at them with the best drivers in the country attending and he qualified for the races beating out 70+ other drivers for a starting spot...So I would consider ALL of those races WINS for The Rocket and his team!!! Ricky has been to DIS 2 times (started 10th each time) and won both races...Wonder what his results would look like if he did not travel and only raced at DIS...Care to take a guess what the results would look then?

know doubt Elliott would have his fair share of wins, but so would Jarvis, lingo. Just because Ricky shows up does not guarantee win. I remember at end of last year Elliott and Jarvis ran side by side at delmar, Jarvis came out on top.

Congratulations Richard and the entire team! Once again, no hype from the Jarvis camp, just good sportsmanship and great racing. When you are that talented, I guess you don't have to yell and shout it to everyone, you just get the job done. It is refreshing to see a team like the Nuttal team sponsor someone like Richard who loves racing, appreciates people, and is clearly one of the most talented drivers to ever come out of this region. Great job, team!

Sunshine you better get GLASSES I have the tape if you want 2 see it THURSDAY NIGHT.And as far as the shouting you also need a hearing aid. Oh also check the stats on Richard and then check The Rockets. Look good now.

I dont think anybody needs to look at tape ,everybody who was there saw first hand what ricky did. I am a big fan of both Ricky and Richard, and that move was cheap and could have tore up a good race car. As far as stats ,course Ricky has more wins and better stats hes been racing 20 years longer, but Richard is now just as good a driver as Ricky and has gotten there in less time. I lost a little respect for Ricky after that move.

I don't see any excuses on hear I think Ricky just takes as getting SCREWED by Good OLE MR. Cathel. Lets See how many Delaware Guys finish The Outlaw Race I know of only one.

Dude, just how did Ricky get screwed by Mr. Cathell? you need to stop letting your bias to Ricky cloud your judgement, just give it up, he got beat by Jarvis again, bottom line. And as far as world of outlaws I clearly remember Jarvis setting the fast time at a world of outlaw event there a few years a ago(has Ricky set a fast time at one of there events), you better add Jarvis to your list.

Jarvis set fat time so what! Ricky has set several fast times Mac,SAS, UMP.LUCAS. 2 FIRST IN MAC, 2 SECONDS WOO no big deal. Fast time does not get u into a race. I take nothing from Jarvis he is a good racer just not up their with Ricky yet. You talk about Ricky fans they know what they see. Jarvis fans thing they know what they saw.

First of all hummer, I am just as much a Elliott fan ,as a Jarvis fan, lets get that straight.I love watching Ricky run and I always root for him. Secondly ,I was responding to that idiotic statement jhracing made, stating that he only sees Elliott from delaware making and finshing race , and nobody else has a shot, thats absurd. I think Lingo, Whaley as well as Jarvis has a shot of making race.Thirdly ,that fast time that year did help Jarvis make that race by putting him in better postion in heat race.** Lastly being a neutral party I saw what the majority of the people saw happen, with the exception of a few true elliott fans who saw the opposite. Like i said, bottom line Jarvis won the race, and I am not taking anything away from Rickys second place finish.

When your top three take the white flag after a lead change and get almost through 1 and 2 and a caution comes out that should have been a one lap shoot out not revert back to lap 18.

dirtz21 jhracing25 saw just what happen that is what I mean elliot fans see what happen and Jarvis fan think they know what happen. Seeing and knowing are 2 different things. It makes no difference that is the past lets see what the future bring thursday. Good luck 2 all drivers and have a safe and exciting race jmo the end

First of all, I'd like to say that I really enjoyed the race on 5/24, it was action packed. Secondly, I like all the drivers but don't like the word best, because on any given nite a lot of our drivers could win. U know there is a big "IF", like was if Richard and Ricky had taken each other out than who would have won; with Rick breaking, I think it would have been Jon. So as I said anything can happen. I think it would be fun to have perdiction on Thursday race. My pick is (if Rick dosen't make it of course) Chub Frank.

The perfect Thursday night will consist of Elliott,Whaley,Lingo,Jarvis all making the field, with one them setting the fast time( all are capable of running a very fast lap there) all in the top ten and with one taking the checkered. I will be rooting for any delaware driver runnng up front. Good luck
