I think they should keep it on Friday Nights as well, or make some major changes in the classes they run. I think the Friday nights is a good idea because the sons and daughters and so on of people who race on Saturdays at Delmar. It would make it more convenient for them and it would probably turn some of them off if they were to race on Saturday Nights.

Both tracks need as many cars as they can get. I don't think it would be fair to all the Mod Lite drivers that run at Delmar every week? Some do like running more than one track a week?

fridays arn't to bad , unless you have to work late, and right now , no many people can afford to turn down ot. but then I don't go to delmar either.
either way I will support middleford speedway.

stick to fridays.i agree with robinson, they would not be able to compete with charlie cathell,he has a great facility and a few promoter of the year awards. d.i.s is a top notch facility.second i would not be able to go to both on the same night and myself and others would choose delmar because of the premier classes such as super late models and big block modifieds.third a lot of people race middleford and another family that races delmar. look at georgetown a couple of years ago the seats were packed every week when they were running friday nights.it didnt go broke from lack of spectators. (poor management) a couple years ago middleford had great car count and put on a great show every friday night, and then for some reason it just fell off, maybe it was the same thing that happened to georgetown ,maybe not. just hope 2011 kicks it up a notch and puts on some great racing again.good luck and hope to see you all next year.

one thing I would segest would to take those unused stands in the pitts and finish them (boards) and put them on the spectators side coming off turn 4

with the exception of the mod lites , they really don't have competeing classes, id say more poeple that run another type of DIS car, or fans that go to both tracks.

Yeah, but it's not just about the competing classes. You could have people in the same family, one racing a Mod or crate car or something, and one racing a charger. Even if it's not direct family, a driver's extended family might not show up because they race a DIS on saturday nights, and there goes half your spectator crowd, not that they have much to start with, even though it was growing a little.
