Who do you have to be to be let back on track after flat? Without being held up by so called official,when it was caution for 2 laps waits till field is coming down back stretch then let cars from pit road out .  /what's up there? |

Just to change the subject a little , there is another thread floating around on crates with some comments that may offend fellow racers and track owners , Rules ....... we live in a society full of them , just some of my thoughts everyone can take them with a grain of salt after giving a great deal of thought I do see charlie,s point in the crate class for D,I,S and I am most greatful that JJAMES has reopened georgetown hopefully for more crate latemodel races than the 2 that I have seen on the schedule . at least I have 2 tracks to choose from rather than traveling hours to get to other tracks , the rules at georgetown and d.i.s are outlined, and pretty liberal for the most part go look at winchesters rules for limited late models they have part numbers that they only accept, on the carbs , mufflers etc.... at least here in deleware its only the engine , shocks, headers,tires , fuel, and weight. the advantages are ...... the big dogs of crates can run a superlate with all the bells and whistles with a crate engine d.i.s. shocks, tires and fuel, a deep pocket , free lunch decals all over his car and walk all over us little guys but hey it is what it is I,m just doing it for the fun not the glory it has been a passion of mine for a long time .... to race If I finish other than last without my car breaking, or a crash thats a plus the payouts arent that great but bottom line its fun . I,m sure I will be bashed but oh well this was my rant for the day .
