Please update the drivers page to reflect the current active drivers who are showing up at the track on a regular basis. Also it would be nice to see a few more events, or theres probably not going to be a class in the coming years, and no one is going to spend the money to build a car to run 6 times a year.
If I were a promoter, I would prefer to have these guys every other weekend, they run a 10 lap feature, which usually ends up as only 8 racing laps, there is very little damage to the track surface, very few wrecks and the fans if asked, would tell you that it was one of, if not the best race of the nite.

Hay oldtimer; I was a promoter and WISH you guys were around when I was promoting races. I would have you guys every week. The reason, is Little Lincoln Cars bring in more than they take out. I can't understand why they are not used by the two tracks every week now.

I think the club it self wants to keep it part time as to have family time also. most of us run soley out of pocket and it can get expensive to run every week. plus trying to find vintage parts for the car ain't so easy either.
anymore than every other week would be to much, and may get old to the fans.

I too believe that the every two weeks racing would be in the best interest of all involved, because of the age of the cars. Parts though, theres lots of parts left, you just may have to pay the price for them or get a little creative and make your own, thats what a lot of the guys do. As for the out of pocket comment, you can't expect someone to sponser a car thats only gonna run six races a year and only be seen for 10 laps each nite. Change the laps and the events run, you'll find someone interested in sponsering you.

just curious do you run a car. I under stand about the sponsorship thing with exposure. but if you want to run every week why not just go to the street mod class.

Old Timer - I have some new profiles on the ones (guys) that filled them out at the banquet. There are still many that have not filled out one.
So, it has been on my list, I've been trying the last few weeks. I'll get it, new year, make new pages to view takes a while. But I will update as soon as I can.
