Did anybody else see that wild uncontrolled race car on the track last night. Talk about taking someone out and just plain ol slamming another driver in the back wall. All that to get NO where! I think something needs to be done about it.

The track had very little grip last night, that may have contributed to what you saw.

My opinion is: that driver was driving the same way on 9/8/07 and caused the defending Champion to spin out on a restart when he tagged him in the rear. There was NO caution thrown in that event, which i felt there should have been and a total restart in orginal order. Last night that same driver continued to get no where because of the worse uncontrolled driving I've ever seen. There was more then one wreck caused becuase of this kind of driving style.

Oh you must be talking about the #4 who was behind the defending track champion when he got hung up in the tires and checked up then the 4 got into the back of him. And as far as the caution coming out the driver of the 4 car is not a track official.

There was NO hang up in tires on the restart. That was a intended Kiss in the rear!

ok, #1- he isnt the defending track champ he is now the 2 time track champ. #2 donald didnt get caught up in the tires, walley spun him to the infield.

That's funny cause Lingo even said that they got hung up in the tires and that they knew it wasn't intentional. By the way who the hell is Walley? The name is "Wild Man Whaley" Rick's excited about his new nickname!

yea, i saw it. the K&B was squirrelly coming off of 2. when you are side by side like the late models are so much, there is not a whole lot of room for error. didn't look to me to be the 4's fault at all.

kerry was all the way down the back stretch and her comes #4 and turns right into his front clip

The fact remains: That style of driving to try and get to the front wasnt needed. Proff is in the points results. He didnt even relalize that he couldnt catch the points leader in the feature because he didnt win the heat!!!

First of all I am happy for Lingo to be a track champion two times in a row. He has done a great job. However before I would all out brag I would sit back and consider the years it has been won. Last year was the first year of Georgetown and the big boys ran there leaving not much competition at Delmar. This year while Georgetown was running the car count at Delmar was 10 cars if you were lucky. He has had much practice at Delmar while others have been exploring other places where money matters. Not to take anything away from the 55L he is a fast car at Delmar. It seems as though he has it dialed in. The only thing I am saying is before you continuously brag you should think about all the facts.

no, he was not all the way down the back stretch. the 4 was driving a Much straighter line than the K&B at "that particular time" coming off the corner. and I am sure the 4 knew that there was no way he was going to catch the 55l in the points, doesn't he have like a 200 point lead or something like that? think about it, if you don't try and get to the front, then why are you out there?

The post was talking about the aggressive driving on the track and your right about it speaking about K&b, but the post went further to show the driving style was started the week b4. I feel it was all un-needed. From where I was sitting, NON of the fans liked the style of driving they were see'n!

who has WILD MAN WHALEY wrecked on purpose?
|
|
|
Post by Redneck on Sept 16, 2007 19:57:32 GMT -5
It was all rick Whaleys fault Kerry was doing what he was supost to do running a straight line then rick comes wild man whaley and wants that position so he takes out Kerry so Joeracin11 you need to shut your mouth and watch the race closer than you are

Lingo55Lfan: Rick's never been worried about points. If so he would have never gone to other tracks this year.
